She has extensive expertise in environmental sustainability,  innovation management and sustainable finance. During her career Silvija provided project management to various upstream oil and gas related projects with a focus on environmentally friendly solutions, she has led and implemented environmental projects in the food industry applying 6 Sigma methodologies.   Silvia holds an MBA in Healthcare and is a certified PMP and HSE professional.
