Bartosz has 27+ years of experience in investment firms and financial institutions, with expertise in the private equity investment process, negotiation, and portfolio company growth strategies. He is the Founder and Investment Director of a private equity General Partner that has successfully invested over $300 million in Polish medium-sized private companies. Mr. Bartosz has held leadership roles overseeing private equity and venture capital transactions, fundraising, monitoring, exits, and development of the fund's investment strategy. He has also served on the Supervisory Boards of numerous private and public companies. Mr Bartosz Janikowski holds an MA degree in Banking & Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics.
