Iain Haggis is the Head of Deal Structuring at GND and Investment Committee Chairman/Chief Risk Officer at Central Europe Industry Partners. He has an outstanding 35+ years of expertise in fund management and corporate finance. Having served as CFO in various European companies, including prominent private equity firms, Iain oversaw fund operations and supervised the financial outcomes of diverse investment portfolios. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the successful investment in Emitel, Poland's leading telecoms infrastructure operator. Iain's career began in the Polish privatisation program, where he managed over 30 restructuring projects. As a CIMA Fellow and ICSA Associate, Iain combines his expertise with philanthropic endeavours, actively participating in Poland's inaugural private philanthropic fund aimed at amplifying the social impact of charitable organisations.
