Magaret Beever is a Technical Specialist in Circular Economy at sustainable manufacturing consultancy, HSSMI.   She is a Chartered Engineer with many years of experience in automotive manufacturing, with expertise in sustainability and environmental management.  At HSSMI she has led and delivered on many commercial and research manufacturing projects, focused on sustainable production and product end-of-life.  Projects have included business sustainability assessment, Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) of battery and hydrogen systems, analysis of end-of-life legislation and waste management and reduction.

Prior to working at HSSMI, Margaret worked at Ford Motor company for over a decade, working in manufacturing, facilities engineering, new vehicle & powertrain launch and environmental engineering. She has an MEng degree (Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing & Management) from the University of Birmingham and an MSC in Environmental Management from the University of Bath.
