Valentas Neviera is a seasoned professional with a career spanning several leadership roles in sustainability and communication. Currently serving as the Head of Group Sustainability at Ignitis Group, a renewables-focused integrated utility, Valentas plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s sustainability initiatives and fostering responsible business practices. Additionally, he is a Board Member of the Lithuanian Responsible Business Association (LAVA), contributing his expertise to further the association’s mission. Prior to shifting his career to sustainability, Valentas spent more than ten years working in different positions in the communication field. Additionally, Valentas is interested in psychodynamic organizational theory, which he applies in his work with various groups.
