Violaine Couturier has spent 20 years in Luxembourg working in investment structuring. She has worked in well-known national firms and specialised in corporate and finance. She has also been an independent director in various structures, including family offices, funds, and Soparfis. This gave her unparalleled practical knowledge of investment structuring. She has a proven track record in developing areas such as compliance and responsible investment in energy and people.

Violaine has focused her activities on the energy transition in her various roles as a lawyer, fund administrator and liquidator, as well as holding a master's degree in compliance, serving on the environmental committee of the municipality of Hesperange and as general secretary of an association (the Network) promoting inclusion. Finally, as a member of the bar, she has also assisted socially responsible companies wishing to set up and expand in Luxembourg.
