Vitalija Impolevičienė is an attorney-at-law, a senior associate with the Sorainen Finance & Insurance team, and co-head of the ESG service group in the firm. Having practised law since 2003, she has extensive experience in the field of regulation of the financial and insurance sectors, product development, distribution and related disputes. She advises clients on sustainable finance and ESG-related matters.   

Vitalija pays particular attention to the area of sustainable finance (SFDR, Taxonomy Regulations and related legislation). She consults financial sector companies regarding sustainable financial disclosure requirements, as well as delves into the challenges that companies of various sectors face in implementing ESG requirements.
