Elena Harumi Stark is the Head of Impact & ESG at AENU, a European early-stage Article 9 impact venture capital fund that supports climate tech entrepreneurs with value-additive capital.

Previously, Elena played a key role at Tomorrow Bank, a German sustainable FinTech, where she led treasury, investment products, and project financing from an impact and ESG perspective. Her leadership contributed to Tomorrow Bank being recognized as a Best for the World B-Corp.

At AENU, Elena leads the fund's Impact and ESG strategy, ensuring SFDR compliance and spearheads the development of AENU's Impact-as-a-Service (IaaS) offerings for portfolio companies. These offerings include workshops, life cycle assessments, and peer-to-peer learning formats designed to boost the (sustainability) performance of investments.
