We focus our investments on the region of Central and Eastern Europe, including twelve Member States of the European Union and NATO. Specifically: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia but may also include neighbouring (EU Associated) countries of the aforementioned countries.
We invest with a focus on industrial companies, including manufacturing companies, industrial parks implementing sustainable energy-related modernisation plans, industrial and sustainable energy facilities (i.e., sustainable energy parks, sustainable fuels and infrastructure), and energy service providers (i.e., energy technology companies, renewable energy developers)
We invest with a focus on creating a net-zero carbon emission and fully Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliant portfolio. All potential investments are assessed by GND's team of experts against sustainability criteria fully in-line with the EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Activities and the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
We provide additional liquidity options for investors through a detailed methodology for sustainable investment securitisation and the secondary market for sustainable investments. We support our Clients in assessing and selecting the most suitable solution for achieving liquidity, as well as preparing the needed documentation and handling secondary market-related matters.
